With sentence from May, 12th, 1998, the district court (Landgericht) of Hamburg decided that links to Internet pages other than your own may make you responsible for the content of such pages. This can - according to the sentence - only be avoided if one disclaims explicitely your agreement with the content of such pages. This Internet domain contains many and very different links to other Internet pages. For all these links, www.wondar.de declares explicitely that it does not have any influence on the design or content of the linked pages. Therefore, www.wondar.de disclaim explicitely to agree with the content of any page which is linked to in this Internet domain and it does not adopt any ideas expressed on these pages. This disclaimer is valid for all links to other Internet pages in this Internet domain and for all contents of pages to which banners and links in this Internet domain lead.
It is very regretable that the German jurisdiction makes such a disclaimer of selfunderstandings necessary and forces to contribute to the exchange of data garbage.
